Domestic & international shipping

The Baby Bag Shop will ship to the United States. A flat shipping fee of $13 is applied to all orders. At the moment we do not ship internationlly.

Returns & exchanges

Should you need to return your item, please contact us within 10 days of recieving your order.

Damaged or faulty goods

It’s important to us that your order arrives in new condition. If your product arrives in unsatisfactory condition, please email us as soon as possible (within 5 days of receiving your order). We will gladly send you duplicate order and instructions on returning the damaged item(s).
